Nancy Robles grew up in Dallas, TX with a severe speech impediment that causes her to stutter in between words...

Two years ago, Nancy broke free from her insecurities and sang publicly for the first time when she submitted an original composition to the annual Little Kids Rock songwriting exhibition. Her teacher noticed something that amazed him and Nancy – her speech impediment completely went away when she sang!

<div style="font-size: 14px;" "text-align: left;">
More than a decade ago, Carlos Santana's Milagro Foundation made a donation of a dozen electric guitars to an underfunded classroom in California. That donation helped launch the largest, free instrumental music program in the U.S. public schools - Little Kids Rock! And to bring this support full circle, an elementary school in Los Angeles that will host all of the city's Little Kids Rock free teacher trainings, was recently renamed Carlos Santana Arts Academy and the legend himself was there Monday for the renaming ceremony!

<div style="font-size: 14px;" "text-align: left;">
Blues/Hip Hop frontman G. Love from G. Love & Special Sauce visited a few Little Kids Rock classrooms this past weekend and brought with him a special surprise - brand new guitars!.

After visiting a class in New York City in November, G. Love decided to take his show on the road, first to Atlanta and then to Nashville. In addition to bringing new guitars to each classroom, G. Love answered questions and jammed with the students, adding some harmonica to their blues numbers.
